Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery: Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000 we charge a nominal fee of INR 150.

Standard Shipping: All items are delivered within 5-7 working days after shipping.

During SALE, shipping time is longer than usual and will take up to 7-10 working days for delivery. No cancellation/exchange/return on sale items.

International Shipping: We provide the option of international shipping to most destinations globally. For all international shipping orders kindly email us studiomaharani1986@gmail.com. 

International shipping rates and delivery time varies based on country. Orders will take ~10-12 business days for delivery. Any custom duties would be borne by the customer. We do not accept any returns or exchange for international orders.

Returns/Cancellation: Incase you would like to return a product, you can either exchange it for anything else in our catalog or take store credit for the same. You can return an item within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

Incase of exchange, once we receive the return, we will dispatch the new piece to you upon approval.

Incase of store credit, once we receive the return we will process store credit of the order amount to you. The entire amount of the product (excluding shipping cost) will be given as store credit. The credit is valid for 6 months applicable for online & offline purchase (directly from us).

No returns/exchange on SALE items and international orders.

For all orders shipped out, we adhere to an exchange/store credit policy only (no refund). For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us via prepaid shipping and must also pay the applicable re-shipping charges for the replacement item. The exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and the re-shipping charges are paid.

In a rare case if you do receive damaged or soiled products, please send us digital photos and unboxing video of the product at studiomaharani1986@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll assist you and will provide you with the best possible solution with your complaint.

Similarly, if you receive an incorrect product, please email us atstudiomaharani1986@gmail.com within a period of 48 hours from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest.

We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable clothes with original tags and packaging in a secure and waterproof seal-able bag and send the same to us.

Cancellation Policy: 

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation, please emailstudiomaharani1986@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Store credit will be provided against cancellation of an order.

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.

Studio Maharani reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
