At Studio Maharani, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:
- The request is raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Product unboxing video mandatory.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Timeframe
Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at with the order number and reason for return.
Refund Process & Timing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds will be completed within 2-3 days after approval.
Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Exchange Options
Exchanges are available, subject to product availability. Customers may request an exchange for a different size or variant of the same product within 24 hours of delivery.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at along with clear images or videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please Note : A standard ₹125 will be deducted as reverse shipping charge.
